There probably is an easy explanation, but why doesn't nexon simply block any attempts to inject a .dll by force crashing the user?
xFire, Fraps, and many other legitimate software rely on Injecting the Dlls into Combat Arms and many other games.
If they stop injection, those legitimate software wont work what so ever.
There are other software that require injection, so that is probably why.
Because they suck, that's why.
Certain things that are legit and allowed need it.
But Nexon takes crappy prevention methods to stop actual hacks which are easily bypassed.

But couldn't nexon make a list of legit .DLLs and have backround checks to see if those certain programs are running?
Also, it's meant to be Hackshields Job to stop hacks from actually getting into the game.
Nexon made a stupid when they chose Hackshield, but the fault is not with nexon, actually the AntiHackshield itself.
Nexon is meant to make then maintain the game, Hackshield is the one who stops the hackers.
Well atleast their AntiHack isn't as bad as warrocks.

Combat Arms and Warrock use the same Anti-Hack last time I checked.

Warrock is somehow worse though.

No.
They're the same.
It just appears worse.
WarRock is worse because more of the game has been easily reversed. They're capable of creating more hacks, since the game's actual code isn't all that hard to reverse and understand.
anyone one that has antivirus software has code injection by using system wide hooks ect... on particular api's. also i ask 1 simple question which should give you an idea why hacks are still undetected on games..
the question:
would you play combat arms if there where no hacks available?
basically nexon rely on hacks for a couple reasons, 1st is free advertising and second it brings in new users to the game and third its like the game has new feature which they diont have to program once a new hack has been discovered which incourages players to return to the game... = profit for nexon
So now that you know why it's easy to hack games with HackShield.
(they dont do a very good job)
