Error uploading file

i got error try to upload a rar file and a jpeg image
error given [IOErrorEvent type= "ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error#2038"]

For the image are you using tinypic?

i choose to upload it straight to my albume

Can i ask why this is in the COMBAT ARMS help section? o.o

because i try to upload a mod for combat arm

oh sorry suppose to post in combat arm mod help i think

i give up on uploading file, try firefox beta, chrome, internet explore isn't respond to mpgh.net, this time it just said fail upload file, but i could upload a small file like 5.7 kb,but not the combat picture take in game about 257kb include the .rar file with mod in it
