I think, this is Themida packer.

Themida is encrypted that strings with XOR function.

i has sended loader cshell, work or not for you ?

OllyDbg(OllyDebugger) modified.

I use the same method I use for CF China.
I've also got a OllyDbg plugin which runs in KernelMode. It also has some more debugging features
