What it means is that you messed with some files, commonly rez files that are outdated

Hmm..it happened to me and was fixed by only taking a copy of crossfire.exe from friends and changing it with mine and then it worked

You guys made it even worse by Re-installing Could have just replaced crossfire.exe with the one here http://www.mpgh.net/forum/243-crossf...-6-2012-a.html
I guess now there is no escape ; Full uninstall the game then Delete the whole Crossfire folder , Re-download/install the Client.
