Nospread/norecoil

is there any way to get these hacks or any hacks for that matter without my stupid freaking virus protection program (ESET smart security) to stop removing files that are packed? are there any hacks that are not packed? is there anyone out there that has ESET and has found a way around it? It cannot be turned off and turns itself back on the second it detects anything potentially dangerous to the system. Help Please!

If it's packed its a false positive. And mostly all the undetected hacks right now have no recoil/no spread, just turn your antivirus off.
