The packet above is the packet you send to have a dialog box appear to show you a list of skills available to steal from the target.
[header][UID]
An example packet will be this 24 01 39 6D 5A 00
You will see a dialog box like this pop up:
Enjoy [IMG]http://www.*********.com/forums/images/smilies/BlueSlime/happy.png[/IMG]
#Note## there is a way to get the skills, you need to find the packet that allows you to do that, I am not gonna spoon feed you guys on this one.
