I can "buy" it for 0$.
At 21st July there'll be pre-order which gives access to beta only for people who pre-ordered.
Release will be at 21st August.

So between 21st July - 21st August, for play u have to buy pre-order.

You have to sell that untill 21st July

Sellings beta keys is useless anyway, if you bought you access into it you probably shouldn't been in it.
