I reckon they're doing pretty well for a company who is looking after over 5 million players and continuously improving their game.
They also run a pretty quick response system (which caters for over 1k players each day) which may seem pretty slow to you guys, but to the support team they work extremely hard to try get every ticket solved/answered.
They did choose wrongly with their Anti-Hack, but as they're under a contract, it's not easy to just switch.
I dont understand why you guys hate Nexon so much..
They actually respond to their community, and give great events!
They may need to hire a few more staff in the Support side of Nexon, but apart from that they're running pretty smoothly.
