I think wide shoulders are just something you're born with.

Do a lot of pushups! That's a nice, natural method to get bigger arms, a stronger chest, and better abs.
Get a proper diet going. Get a multivitamin and omega 3, if you're not afraid of gaining a little fat whey protein + creatine mono will significantly boost lean muscle growth. Pick up two heavy barbells, and shrug. Do this until it strains your neck, and take a rest. Grab the next weight down and do the same. Take the barbells and start with them at your sides. Slowly raise your arms away from your body almost completely straight, but do not lock your elbows. Your hands should be palms down. Do this until you hit you exhaustion point. Grab heavier weights every two weeks. Increase the weight by five pounds only, your neck is much more prone to tissue tearing than your arms or chest.

Do NOT jerk your arms while doing these or you can possibly permanently damage the muscle.

You can turn your body into an illusion with large pecs and neck muscles that give the appearance of wider shoulders. I never had this problem myself but one of my friends did, so he worked on his neck and pecs. It works.

These workouts are more generic. Alternate each one each set, and follow the "two days on, one day off" rule and you'll be good. For your chest just bench press and barbell flies, other than that there isn't much to a regiment for this.
Best that'll do is give the illusion of wide shoulders. Work your pecs too. Wider pecs make shoulders look slightly bigger.
you must be reborn son
