here listen first of all you submit one more ticket saying IT WASNT SHARED ACCOUNTS, ITS CALLED BEING SCAMMED
dont sound all nice and soft, its time to give them some attitude about it and they will reply, trust me ive had so much experiences with the tickets and the mods,
like when i submitted one they closed it without replying, submit another with attitude the reply, so do that and if the ACCOUNT IS 100 PERCENT YOURS, I LITERALLY MEAN 100% YOURS AND YOU DIDNT GET IT FROM SOMEONE ELSE AND YOU ARE THE ONE WHO REGISTERED IT, tell them if an unfair approach is reached you are not afraid to take legal actions, say that and you will get their respect! HOPE I HELPED

I would do this
:P Try to meet him ingame, make friends. Or try to join his clan.try to make him really trust you as a friend. Then some how or later ask him if you can play his account(yours). Then stay logged in. Then until he doesn't get on anymore. Change everything hahahah :P
