😉 OUT OFF MEMORY FIX FOR SURE
hey guys i have seen alot off things out there abut this topic and i have to tell you that no one has fixed it. They have but they are to much to work with and some people get confused and some are just noobs or first timers i am just saying.

so if you just follow my steps this will help you for sure and you will be playing for hours with out the error (just a little hint make sure that you have at least 3GB (not 2GB) in your computer also do your slef a favor delete your porn or other useless stuff you dont use close background programs that you dont need from start manager which is Ctrl+Alt+delete and go to processes and close the programs that have your computer name on it like admin or etc.. warnning do not close system running programs. The reason to close these programs is beacuse you need to free up your memory usege.)

STEP 1: Open APB luncher like you can see it in here make sure its update it

STEP 2: Go to your my computer and go to your C: Drive or which ever you install your games in

STEP 3: Open your C/D/whatever Drive mine is C and go to Program Files Folder after that look for GamerFirst Folder and in there look of APB RELOADED FOLDER and in there look for APBGAME FOLDER in there look for Config FOLDER as you can see in my (PIC) the one that is high ligited in blue

STEP 4: Open the Config Folder in the Config folder you will see a file called APBCompat.ini or (APBCompat itself).

STEP 5: Open APBCompat with Notpad

STEP 6: After open the APBCompat scroll all the way down to the end and you will see this >>> [AppHWConstraintsBucket3]<<<.

STEP 7: LOOK for bCompressNormalTextures=ture under >>APPHWCONSTRAINTSBUCKET3<<<< as you see in my pic.

STEP 8: Change the bCompressNormalTextures=>>ture<< to >>false<<< (without the arrows ofcourse)

STEP 9: Do the same thing with >>APPHWCONSTRAINTSBUCKET2<<<< and >>APPHWCONSTRAINTSBUCKET1<<<< and under those look for bCompressNormalTextures=ture and change it to false (like my pics shows)

STEP 10: SAVE it anywhere where you can find it after words.

STEP 11: Left click on APBCompat.ini and go down and click proprites and check the box readonly and then click apply and click ok

STEP 12: START your game and at the log in screen on your keyboard press ESC and Video option will open and Click Video Sittings after that set your qulity to low (your defult will be mini) and on the top you will see adavence sittings uncheck the two checked boxes that are white and press apply and there your done now you can play for hours (srry i cant put the pics cuz they are too big to fit in here.)

(take note when your doing the APBcompat part make sure you do not CLOSE the APB luncher because it resets itselfs everytime you open the apb luncher so its good to save the file on the desktop so just copy and past it when your abut to play it the next time .) IF you have any other questions please feel free to ask i will get back to you as soon as i get a chance thank you for kindness happy gameing everyone. (this is my first Tutorial)

Nice guide, but I think people learned how to upgrade from os x86 to x64..

Nice work though, I am sure it will be useful for thepeople with 3gbs or ram
ty but it works with other GBs for exp (4gb and 8gb etc...) also OSs for exp (64bit and 32bit etc.. windows 7 xp vista etc..) the reason i couldnt put all that in cuz i was having problems puting all the pics in.
Every time when i want to play i need to open the launcher, and then paste the APBcompact.ini from the desktop into the game folder?

YES every time you need to play make sure that you open the config folder and past the file in there cuz the one that you have it gets changed back doesnt matter if you marked readonly so ya just past back the file from your desktop to ur config folder
