Well im gonna have to be the one who goes against everyone else's opinion.

The random effects placed together just makes it have really messy composition
And the distortion affect isnt very appealing
There're some contrast issues too.
The blurring of the background makes the signature look low quality, rather than creating the depth i think you were going for.
If you unblurred it slightly, i think it would look better.
and did you topaz this 0.o
the tattoos on his wrist look weird

Being that I have be doing graphic designs for the past 3 years, and art for the past 5, I'm going to have to go against you on some things.

First off, there is barely any composition.. Composition is the placement of objects, etc. The only main thing I see is the render, it is placed just fine in the middle. The rest is just mostly effects. Maybe there are a few C4D's in there, but they're placed in a position to add flow with the direction of the render which pulls it out.

Also, I rarely see any contrast issues, just a bunch of texture effects with good lighting.

The blurring of the background pulls the render and the effects out to add depth. The blur is fine to be there, but he probably could have toned it down a couple of points. Plus the tattoos are apart of the render and Wiz himself, nothing to judge on OP's behalf.
