PERM BANN LIFT?

has anyone ever got perm. banned from cf and somehow the ban gets lifted?
because i just saw a support ticket and the GM's replied saying ACCOUNT ACTION: PERMANENT BAN like i saw the reply in a ticket
but then the account still works and works on the website and you can still play on it.....
THE PERMANENT BAN REPLY WAS FROM LIKE JANUARY 2012, and now you can play on the account again O.o its my friends....
IS THAT MEANT TO HAPPEN? OR WHAT? explanations please? im like confused LOL and the honorable ribbon is gone from the account though...

As far as i know the perm ban is the fifth

Second ban - 7 days

Third ban - 14 days

Fourth ban - 31 days

Fifth ban - Never

i had a prem ban on my major,then,i phoned them,i told them i got hacked and someone was hacking my account and playing with hacks,then,they made me a new informations,and removed the ban,so,yea it would happen

LOL but its weird cuz the response of the GM's seemed really weird, like my friend was like blocked?! why?!
and then the gm's replied "Dear player, your account has been released. Be sure to obey the rules.

and then he hacked again and he got this after he said how come im blocked.After finishing our investigation, users of the accounts that are tied to the above login ID have recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for Cross Fire by the In-Game staffs of Z8games. Lol, it can be lifted. My acc got banned once and the GM replied to 'Because we have proof that you we're hacking with a software, your account cannot be lifted.' So i guess it can be lifted after all

wtheck...what do you have to do to get them to lift a perm ban?

i Think ur wrong.
Only way to get temporary ban is automatic system.
Permanent one - Someone reported you.
