Incorrect, if a team was formed and they coded a hack using a base then a .dll or .exe could be created and then injected into the game. Much easier to do and only breaks the rules of Aeria/ijii

This won't be able to roundskip/gunadd, since it is now server sided so if the DLL can do it, it will involve packet editting.
