So Like 1 month ago my CA account got banned pretty high rank like anyone i was so i sended a ticket to CA then they said it was work in progress blah blah sended me a message. then i keep on checking it said "Ran Alert:Updated" And the word updated was in dark gray. Can anyone help me or tell me what that means?

I think it means they closed your ticket mmhz

But, on the left it still says Working In Progress

Your ticket has been closed. If not then Nexon is just taking forever like they normally do.
