[Help] Address finding.

Does anyone know how to find addresses such as these?

I need them for a game I plan on making a trainer for. I already have the code for changing the addresses but I'm missing the addresses. The game specifically is Dungeon Defenders. I've Googled and searched how-to but none of the methods I've tried work.

Please only post stuff that is useful. I really do not care whether or not you've heard of it, and saying so is off-topic (unless it's a remark you make while helping.)

Any idea where to post? The only decent looking areas are for different games.

Expand please? I've only started doing this. I already have the basics for making a trainer (I made a really simple one for MW3 using the addresses from this site.)

I meant area of the site to post. The only decent looking areas are for different games such as Modern Warfare.
