Everyone in game freezes after 1-5 minutes (not using hacks)

This problem just arose within the past week. I have recently had some virus problems, and just got them all squared away. So what happens is I enter the game, then after a few minutes of game play everyone freezes, except for me. It is similar to when someone uses room crasher, except when I go to the lobby everyone else is still in the game. I tried in multiple servers, channels, and different modes just to rule things out. I tried running the file repair patcher that repairs only the damaged files in the Combat Arms folder (can't remember who released it). Also, I am playing completely legit.

I get a dump file in the Combat Arms folder that reads:
