it says missing shell dll wtf is htat

for lap top user is you wan to enable it you have to find the key where it says fn it is usually located on the bottom of the keyboorad on the left. then press that and look for
numlk or sroll lk then that mean you enabled it. then when your in the game press fn and jkluiop and theses are the number. if you take a look at them you can see a coloured number beside it. its just like a alculator like when you press 2nd
