So they basically said if you play 6+ hours between July 27th to Bronze Day, you get the bronze prizes.
I've played WAY more than that, (screenshot below), and it still didn't give me the prize??

When will they give me the prize?

Yea, I saw this once somehwere. Some new rule I guess, if u have ever been caught omn hacking, u cant join events in the next half year/year
