Colored Custom MW3 Classes
(NOTE: This was NOT Found by me, this was found by "xFLAMeHD_", all credits go to him)
1. First Go TO COD ELITE PAGE.
2. GO TO [ MW3 Player Card ]
3. GO TO [Custom Classes]
4. TAKE A CLASS
5. GO HERE
6. Press On This
7. Make You Color Class
Just Proof that it works (This is my Custom Class-es)

For the people wondering, here are the colour codes:
^1 - RED
^2 - GREEN
^3 - YELLOW
^4 - BLUE
^5 - CYAN
^6 - PINK
^7 - WHITE
^8 - DEFAULT MAP COLOR
^9 - GREY OR DEFAULT MAP COLOR
^0 - BLACK
ALso here are the button codes, but they dont seem to be working for me.
X = [{+gostand}]
Square = [{+usereload}]
O = [{+stance}]
Triangle = [{weapnext}]
L2 = [{+smoke}]
R2 = [{+frag}]
R3 = [{+melee}]
L3 = [{+breathe_sprint}]
DPAD UP = [{+actionslot1}]
DPAD RIGHT = [{+actionslot2}]
DPAD DOWN = [{+actionslot3}]

Thanks for the guide i already knew this and i did it on my classes. The button codes only work like via your xbox or ps3. i made a copy of the thread and put it in xbox 360 walk through and tutorials i thought it would be good to have it there aswell.

im glad it works.All they work, only u made a few mistakes, plz edit that 
u should make the [{+actionslot1}] to [{+actionslot 1}] < i space between the word and number then it works
and the [{+Breathe_sprint}] should be [{+Breath_sprint}]
then all work

Guys I wanted to bump this because I can CONFIRM this is working as of today (8/10/2012) using the same method.
If the syncing part takes "too long" one thing I noticed worked for me was to go to "Create-A-Class" and wait there, i'd take like 5-10 seconds.
Proof:
