Trainer Lite [1.1] 4D1|IW5M

Well from what I see this is the second trainer released for IW5M|4D1

Usage:
1: Start Game
2: Start Trainer
3: Apply your Stuff
4: Enjoy (Close Trainer if wanted)

Note:
The stats won't change "live"
Go to the first menu, and press Play.
Then it should be updated

When you close the game and open it again it deletes my stats.
