The only two scripts that really work right now are the two CE inventory methods. Anything a step up from that, such as ESP/spawning vehicles/etc, you're going to need a bypass or you're risking pretty much immediate global ban.
There is a server side bypass out but I believe that unless you have access to Admin/Owner of server then you can't use it.

ESP scripts are banable as mentioned by Noobism. ESP's that are injected into the client (clientside hacks) works good.
