yeah majority of the ones that aren't standard in game (ie. vehicle spawn, navigator, etc.) are all flagged and they can log it and ban you and then global ban you when they send it to Battle Eye. I would just keep it to standard items, one item or so at a time and try to make it like you picked it up, ie. if you spawn an item on the shore spawn spot like a M4a1ccoSD you'll get flagged because the admin will investigate and see that no way you did that without pulling it off another dead body or unless it was lying on the ground.

it's helpful to read the battle eye dayz forums for ban list and cheater logs as an admin to see what they are looking for.
