Mw3 does not work

Hi i am new to this forum but i have a problem

There was a virus in my computer so i reset my whole computer but Mw3 doesnt work now.

When i start Mw3 there is standing: DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error.
And some videos of youtube do also not work.
I know a guy thets good with computers he says thet something wrong with my video card but he cant help me he is to busy
Anyone knows how to fix this?

Update video card driver, download DirectX (newest one), download .NET framework, stuff like that. Right click MW3 -> Properties -> Local Files -> Control Integrity of Game Cache (or something like that). You should be good to go

I dont know if i have .NET Framework but if i click on properties i cant find thet stuff local files and control Integrity

Go into the Control Panel -> Programs and functions and see which .NET's you have installed, also see which DirectX's you have installed.

I can not see wich .NET i have installed i only see i have DirectX 11

It is working again.
