How to Lower your Ping (Part 1)
We will make our Hard Disk Fast , and we will choose the Disk which on it CF Folder
Start > Run > cmd
Write the Portion Name ( C:\ , D:\ , E:\ , F:\ .. etc )
Then write dir/s

at Part 2 we will make our Ram More Fast
For get High FPS and Low Ping
Start > Run
Write system.ini
search for " [386enh] "
change the number to 3000
Save the options
Restart your PC

at Part 3 we will Pause Windows Service
Go to Control Panel
Go to Administrative Tools > Service
Stop this Service
- Messenger
- Indexing Service
- IPSEC Services
- Portable Media Serial Number
- Remote Registry Service
- Secondary Logon
- Upload Manager
- Wireless Zero Configuration
- Universal plug and play device host
To Pause the Service Click on The Service then right Click on it and Click properties
From start up menu , Choose Disable

it say " system.ini already exits DO u want to replace it "
i click yes and it say " access is denied "
what should i do ?

mine fps is not higher is lowest
