Hacked Servers (Battleye Disabled)

I know there are a select amount of servers in existence which are hacked so that scripts can be ran and Battleye will never detect a thing. I have no idea how exactly they work to be honest. I know of one of these, which I am willing to share if you'd like to tell me of some. I'd like to know of more.

I know one, almost everytime online, but if i share, it's going to be an open door for "kill all" ,etc....

There are alot of servers like this. Just spend 5 minutes in the ingame server browser join random servers, you will find one.

Hy are the Server only hacked that they cant detect the scripting ore are they hacked that i could join with a global banned key?
I ask because of the risk getting global banned if i start testing scripts.
And if it is not possible to join with such a key are there servers with pulic hive acces and a wihtlist where i could join?
If someone could pass me some info ore a serve like this would be nice.

Is it Hive enabled (Will items transfer onto proper BE servers?)
