I wouldn't recommend that.

If anything you want to up it to 40%.

Late game there are enemies that shotgun you for well over 300 damage, so unless you have 1500 health I would leave it as it is or raise it.

lower than 30% is not safe, god's can automatically kill you with a high it, or get piled, just like you said

I think there already other updated clients out there...no need to post more then 1.

It's so stupid how someone hexes someone elses hack and names it their hack. If you want your name to be on a client make a fresh one from scratch that won't make it necessary to teleport to get into a cave. Otherwise you're just some kid who wants to be known as a hacker so you hex someone else's old client and put your name on it.
