i did exactly what the instructions say and it doesnt work for me on 32 bit windows 7.. didnt change stats, or unlock anything..

Make sure you have no Anti-Virus blocking the program, if you want to be sure then add "CommittedHail MW3 MP Trainer v1.13.exe" as an exception.

it works fine but, it keeps working (leveling up my weapons) after deleting the trainer, rebooting the game, steam, and my pc........why ?

Once you click to level up the guns.. ALL guns are "leveled up" at once. What happens is that you only see this after you play with each weapon.
