I have a life 
Those seem to come back every few months, but always get removed since they cause a substantial amount of lag. Not totally worth it.
So it was removed due to the lag it caused, But it was useful
It's overusing server power, so it caused a lot of server downtimes
It made guys wanting to pass from level 3 to 4 and those stuff and they spammed as f*ck ( not like you, but...).
I am not sure baout this, but maybe it was removed due to the lag it caused...

It caused lag. Would you rather have that or no lag? Besides the only useful thing there was the activity bar.
Activity Bar > Lag.

cause it messes up the server or something like that.
Server lag... it will be reactivated when activity dies down.
They're good but i'd rather not have them if they'll solve the lag issues.
