Allows you to send dedicated server commands to public servers for specified version of game. Although, this requires to you to be host.

---> Note:
This will not work if your using any other version than the one specified as legible version (1.4.328), try running MW-SC.exe as administrator. The virus scans are false positives, this problem has been persisting for a while now. Update will be released soon...

I am sorry! but what is the actual function of this tool.does it force host or what?? coz I only play in public server and it seems like not for me coz I never host.

It doesn't host, it requires you to be host. It basically sends commands externally to the game and modifies it, like your own dedicated server. Don't complain if it doesn't work, look at the supported version

You shouldn't write 0/19 and 0/43 when that obviously isn't the correct information. It might be false positives, but lying about the results won't lead to anything positive.

This is not a host tool, use a host tool to get host.

But i would like to see like a commands list i can put in, if it's not to much to ask

I have fixed this.

Why he Release Hackds for Version 1.4.382? or is this the same like 1.9.448 ?

I tried this , i was host, but the map command did not work, it did nothing.
It did nothing when i was in lobby or ingame.
