As he said,you have to use the packet sender,after clicking on the dim` mirror send this packet,then talk to cygnus and you`ll get the medal!

I did that but as soon as I pressed send, it just crashed my game. (>,<')\ Did it thrice...what am I doing wrong this time? hmm... Thanks
