Need help with starting hacks please.

ok, i've downloaded a undetected hack with the Mpgh Offical injector everything works fine until i try to press insert to load the menue it just doesnt want to show. I have downloaded .net framework 3.5-4 and DirectX11 my warrock is propertly installed i however use to be able to on another computer so i feel like its a program im missing. please help
