Recently I've looked into their internet plans, and found a great plan but, I had a question. Lets say I set the billing address and information to my friend's house so the modem and etc, gets sent there along with the phone call. Would I be able to setup the internet at my house even though I set the information of his house and not mine?

Nope because the guy activates your cable outlet.

I've done some research. I have the option of either having them "come over to install" or do it myself. They send an installation kit, along with a modem.

If you send the modem there how the fuck are you gonna have internet? If it all gets sent there then that's where it is gonna be activated.

I dont think you understood my question. I set the INFORMATION to HIS house. He gets the MODEM, along with the INSTALLATION KIT and gives that to me. I then INSTALL IT at MY house. Would that work?

UNLESS ITS CABLE OR THROUGH THE PHONE THEN NO YOU CANT INSTALL IT BECAUSE THE GUY HAS TO ACTIVATE IT. IF ITS A SERVICE LIKE CLEARWIRE WHERE YOU GET INTERNET FROM A 4G NETWORK THEN YES YOU CAN, YOU JUST ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION.

If I did buy a USB Drive or something, would they have to ship it to my house?
