Yea ive seen this multiple times aswell and im not sure what it is.. Not a glitch i dont believe because ive seen people do it without being crouched and i think hes telling the truth and is using a program.
Ik part of it but it doesn't work for me someone said to : Get a tool like fraps,or bandicam and change the fps to 1 then when in the air jump crouch then press the button for recording and bam, but for me i just freeze in the air xD
