Ok, just to start this off, I was messing around saw when you pressed this key `, or ~(tilde) it pulled up a console, of any use to us?

Nope, it's not a super secret GM developer's console or a hidden in-game item spawner, it's just an error debugger.

EDIT: Nothing more to discuss in this discussion. You might find a way to mess with it so you can spam without it catching you but that's as far as I guess or to dupe (think new methods). Now by 'us' I meant pretty much most of my friends in Ragnorak and other people. We don't treat scammers well you know even if you scammed a duper ( you're a duper yourself so lawl.)
