Change line 13 in Hack.cpp to
if(Variables.iEngineChams)
fixed.

That's for noobs on how to fix it, let me explain why it disables:

Code:
int iEngineChamsBuffer, iEngineChams;

if(Variables.iEngineChams != Variables.iEngineChamsBuffer)//This basically says, if iEngineChams DOES NOT equal iEngineChamsBuffer, it will proceed with the code
{
		if(Variables.iEngineChams)//If menu item is enabled
		{
			Main->Tools->RunConsoleCommand(/*SkelModelStencil 1*/XorStr<0xC0,19,0x5FF5A46B>("\x93\xAA\xA7\xAF\x89\xAA\xA2\xA2\xA4\x9A\xBE\xAE\xA2\xAE\xA7\xA3\xF0\xE0"+0x5FF5A46B).s);//Hax-On
		}
		else
		{
			Main->Tools->RunConsoleCommand(/*SkelModelStencil 0*/XorStr<0xA4,19,0x97F2A1EB>("\xF7\xCE\xC3\xCB\xE5\xC6\xCE\xCE\xC0\xFE\xDA\xCA\xDE\xD2\xDB\xDF\x94\x85"+0x97F2A1EB).s);//else if menu item == 0 hax off
		}
		Variables.iEngineChamsBuffer = Variables.iEngineChams;//now it returns the function that iEngineChamsBuffer = iEngineChams
	}
So by the time it reaches the next match, Variables.iEngineChamsBuffer = Variables.iEngineChams, and since EngineChams = EngineBuffer, tnow since this check if(Variables.iEngineChams != Variables.iEngineChamsBuffer) = false, it cannot proceed with the next set of code
