I understand you. In some countries there are no free ｓｕｒｖｅｙｓ (like here in Portugal)... Try to use an IP Hider and go to the ｓｕｒｖｅｙ page, if the IP hider changes your IP address to an American one, 80% of the ｓｕｒｖｅｙｓ will be free.
Sometimes they will detect that you're using an IP hider, but just try again and it should work.
