WTF???????????

I was logging into crossfire and it says "Hack Tool detected" and i wasnt even hacking, ive been playing legit for months. and when i tried to log back in my account was pemanently banned. is there anyway to get unbanned?
i already contacted z8games.

Well, if they said you got banned for hacking, then it's either that you hacked before, someone reported you, and it got processed successfully that time, OR, a misunderstanding from Z8.

You guys gotta use anti-ban tool like me.

Only way to deal with this is via Support Ticket... So you better hope for the best and hope they admit they have made a mistake in banning you and that you will be unbanned.
