Do it in your own home..

They teach you most "ways" in Physical class. (Aka: When you end heating up, you can play football)

You could use milk jugs filled with water, most common source of weight. If it's not in the range of your weight limit, either do more sets/reps or more concentrated/focused reps

Get a curling bar and a benchpress, weight increments of five pounds, find your maximum weight you can do 1 single rep with and drop it 10 pounds (5 on each side). Do five reps and rest, repeat until you absolutely can't lift without using your back. My supplement advice remains the same as usual multi/creatine mono/100% whey/omega-3/nitric oxide booster. Though if you don't want the creatine in the stack you can supplement that with BCAA's (branched chain amino acids). It will help you powerhouse through extreme workouts without adding massive gains too quickly (in water weight).

Until you get to the toning phase that does happen, people who use it don't realize that you're supposed to use it in cycles I use it for two months and cut it out for four to keep that from happening, no way do I want to be a fatty mcfatfat.
