Do you want to customize your own files? Instead of pressing import, press extract. You MUST open the file with Notepad, or anything similar. (Notepad++, etc)

Alright, here's something else I found. This gives ALL items you buy +60% EXP, I believe. If someone can help me make ALL items perm, I will gladly release some other files.

Ah, it could be that I'm using 7zip and I just archive them as .rar files.....Thought it would work, since I send people stuff like that all the time :L

I have a few more on the way (FP, EXP, PEN stats and a possible toy shield), just have to figure out how to get the post edited. The ones I'm adding aren't necessarily mine, though.
@Blitz @Versa do the **** files have to have a virus scan? They're not exe files or anything. Or is it just a safety process, no matter what?

I feel having these in here will make it more efficient, this is somewhat of a guide after all. I'm also working on how the shop items work so I could release everything as a free PEN/EXP/FP item for unlimited time. Chances are not all will be unlimited due to DB problems with the game.

Working on a range for all weapons and friendly fire, I know I'll regret doing these....But hey :P

Also, I have more than one working **** file for many different things, if I get more, I'll release those on a separate topic as a mass handout.

NOTE TO EVERYONE WHO USES THE EXP RAR

There's a limit to the amount of items you can equip by using this (if you don't use a bypass.) I've been able to use 7-8 items at once without crashing. There's a chance you could use up to 9, but just test if curious.
