i got the major problem cuz i paste wrongly rmb to all user when u paste wrongly u must reinstall back too sensitive the file

I have tested it on windows 7 os 64bit, at first i paste wrongly reinstall blackshot, so when i tried second time i received error but to comfirm is it working on windows 7 os 64 bit as many people having this are 90% facing problem , so advice me that all ty.
