Changing HWID

Right so my main account got banned. I'm now looking to play a legit account but I assume I should change my HWID. I've reinstalled OS but I don't think that does it.. any programs floating around that can?

I have the same problem.
Things i did :
Reistalled OS
Changed mac
changed ip
change volume id
And guess what : IT STILL DOESNT LET ME IN
