If your Perm banned then you cant get your current Warrock account back Due to PB Deletes your character Straight away... (Im 99.9% Sure)
In order to make a new Account you must create a new e-mail address and then create a new Warrock account using that e-mail u just made...

what you need is either a new comp or read a tut on the web or get the Kernel spoofer which is what i have.
