About MAT Problem

Anyone can tell me what happen is my MAT?
When i open it , it auto-close.
Now here's the screenshot.

I have already repair it , but it still shows this.

I think so ......but now I uninstall it , and install again ,I think no more problem . Anyway k thanks !

Haiz , This Happened Because You Open Xuetr, You Must Restart Your Computer Then This Problem Solved
