I do free, or paid private plugins.
Free ones are small, and easy ones
Paid, can be of any complexity, and do pretty much anything.
I have worked for the following servers as a private plugin developer:
MeepCraft(PVP Server) - meepcraf*****m
SimplyCrafted(Towny) - simplycrafted.net
And about 10 small ones that I forget
Along with my own personal server.
I am an experienced developer, so please, message me if you want a plugin done.

Seems like you want to share your services with MPGH. Why not post this in the Marketplace were more eyes can see it? Just an recommendation.
