Crossfire Sniper Matches
Basically i am absolutely shit with a sniper and have no idea why, in most games i'm pretty handy with a sniper, its just even though the crosshair is right on someone it just never hits, my average sniper match will end like 10/40 (most of them probably knife kills!) or something and in standard deathmatch it would be closer to the other way round.
If i face a wall and shoot twice without moving, the holes will be in different places by quite a difference sometimes. I sometimes get the feeling that with ranged shots there could be a ping issue or something and they aren't where why shots are firing.
I'm just wondering if there anyone else has had/having a similar issue and if they have any tips for getting round it, i have lvl 2/3 badges in every other class other than sniper and having elite badge would be pretty kick ass but cant get the kills up.
Any tips/possible solutions would definitively be a massive help.

... You need to right click to scope in. Then your sniper has 100% accuracy 
I know that much, even then the shots don't always hit, even when they are stood 100% still and i get 2 or 3 shots on them they still have time to turn around and kill me.

If U Don't U'll Never Hit Anyone...
And U Have To Get a Good Mouse .. And Find Out The Mouse Senstivity That's Good For U .. I Advice U To Put Ur Three Fingers On Ur Mouse, The Middle On The Wheel To Switch Weapon, The Right Finger On The Left Button, And The Right Finger On The Right Button.
Also U Should Have Good Ping And FPS..
Suitable Ping Range : 1 - 100
Suitable FPS Range : 300 - 80
And Crossfire Isn't Like Any FPS Game .. It's Difficult To Be a Po Sniper .. I Played CF For a Year Without Pausin' Or Leavin' a Single Day Without Playin' And I'm Still Well, Not an Extra Pro :|

dragunov ist good :| , with that sniper u dnt get a kill unless the target is damaged! use AWM or DSR, I preffer AWM (RD)

its fairly steady around 100~110 ping and 200fps, it was the dragunov though, bought an awm and its so much better. Mouse sensitivity is fine as it is i have a decent quality mouse. Thanks for the help guys!
Don't use a Dragonav, get an AWM.

@thread, uhm try using the Q as your toggle weapon, it's alot easier than the mouse scroll wheel, but I guess that's preferences..
If you gotta hardscope, then hardscope.
The sensitivity you use when you're using rifles, try lowering it when your sniping. I don't know if it makes a difference, but it did for me.
Make sure you're not moving when you shoot.. At times you think you're stood still when you're actually not.
Use a Mouse Sensitivity : 20-30 Zoom Sensitivity: 30-40
And shooting twice while not getting the bullet in the same place , It's pretty normal , Check Snipers' Recoil , it's pretty damn high.
Open Shooting Range for AWM , Start training your Quick Scoping.
That's how i learnt Sniping.
