IW5M - Downgrade To Revision 25 -> Make old hacks work again!

Hey since some of you upgraded to rev27 (or r37) here's the stuff you need to get back to making those ESPs working again
Just replace all files in your IW5M folder with these and:

RUN ONLY IW5MP.EXE FROM NOW ON!!!

Also, you no longer need to inject hacks at startup. Yay, no more auto-inject. U can inject the hacks anytime now.

That's it.



In the archive contains a file called "libnp.dll" which is outdated. When downgrading, DO NOT REPLACE YOUR CURRENT "libnp.dll"! If you do, you'll get a "Steam Connect Failed". If you did manage to replace the file by accident, do the following:

1.) Delete "caches.xml".
2 ) If you have renamed iw5m.dat to iw5mp.exe, copy and rename it back to iw5m.dat as LaunchIW5M.exe requires this present.
3 ) Run "LaunchIW5M.exe"
4.) Repeat the downgrade process.
5.) Run "iw5mp.exe"

I Thought I was Crazy today I know I injected the game at the safe mode screen did that 3 more times then reinstalled mw3 only to think maybe I should check the site. im glad I did and Im glad that u released a fix, im not big on cheating but I am big on leveling the field a little u can tell a lot of people use redbox and aimbot and other cheats plus if I didn't use redbox its hard to see on my old regular tv and I use a controller which some people may think is easier but a mouse is so much more precise its the keyboard I hate using if someone could make some kind of auto aim not aimbot but like the 360 has it would be much better. Releasing Modified iw5m.dll ........... ....okay

I am getting Steam connection failed after 1 minute on gameplay any advice or fix ? Plus i Run the exe has administrator...

i get that problem too since today morning anyway to fix it ?

Yes , I have this problem too.

I have this and I didnt download that too. I do the update trick too. But a friend doesnt do it and it doesnt works for him too. Always steam fail. Maybe the problem is because of 4d1?

The current Client is R28 i think so the old hacks don't work this file provided by @Kenshin13 downgrades your client back to r25 but the problem is that conection steam error also the iw5m.Dat get's updated if i am not wrong maybe if we get the Dat file from r25 without the update this will work or a steam dll hmm...

and i dont have the steam error now .

you get steam connect failed. most likely because Kenshin13 modified iw5m.dll

No, I didnt download that and I was just renaming iw5m.dat to iw5mp.exe for avoiding updates, so I never had r27/28. And Im getting this too ;(
