iPhone 4 not jailbreaking?
I've tried so many methods of jailbreaking and different jailbreak programs but my iPhone 4 simply does not jailbreak.
It just won't work each time I try.

Firstly, which firmware are you on? Jailbreaking is probably the last thing I'd call hard on my list of complicated things.
Which version are you on? I heard that you cant jail break once u go past version 1.4 I believe..that might be the reason

Whichever one of your friends said that is either extremely late, or just non-experienced in processes of jailbreaking these devices.

1.4 firmware? That's probably one of the oldest firmwares, and wouldn't be able to run all the new and trending apps, also new tweaks and etc. in Cydia. My iPhone is on 6.0 firmware and I have a successful untethered jailbreak exploited on it.

I'm on iOs 6.0.1
When I was jailbreaking it I was on iOs 5 I think.
