Help with black screen

i get into a channel- room - anything like (Egypt-Alaska)
then when i enter i see a black screen i can't see my self i just see names of gues ,,,why ?

Crossfire dont like egyptian hackers too :/
Anyway loose windows XP (i'm sure that you use XP) and install windows 7...
Install all requiements, from DirectX to Nanny Mari's cherry jam...
