Nice, I would just suggest incorporating some blending instead of just having stacked layers :P

Maybe I'm just crazy then :P
Just seems like the fluidity of it is odd, which may actually not be at all bad, especially not the more you look at it. Diggin' the glowing tie.

Looks pretty good for a quick tag. I like the text it fills up space well.

I was quite impressed in how it came out.
I like the first one better. The highlight just makes the tag for me, but I do believe it looks rather weird with no highlighting on his face. Even a smidgen around his chin would help to perfect it.
I really like the one with the glow tie. I agree though that he may need a little ambient light on the side if his face.
Personally, i think he'd be more intimidating with a shadow over the eyes, not with it highlighted. But the eye flows easier on the first one because the red of the glow brings you to the line. or vice versa, dont really remember which i saw first.
